CANDY SUSHI !!!!!!!
My church was having a Graduation BBQ for all the students that were graduating this year. So I decided to make something that was bright and cheerful and wouldn't melt or draw flies from miles around. So I came across this brilliant idea of Candy Sushi on the internet. I slightly modified the recipe to make it a bit more colourful. To start off making candy sushi you make rice crispie squares but add 10 extra marshmallows to the mix to make them more gooey. Once they are done you cut them into long strips. You then grab a Swedish Fish which is a fish shaped candy and place it on the strips. Then you roll the rice crispie squares around the Swedish Fish. Once that is complete you grab a fruit roll up and wrap it around the sides of the rice crispie and there you have it, your very own Candy Sushi. To make this look more like real sushi you can buy green fruit roll ups.
